SBVMWD’s authorized property tax rate is up to 0.10% of assessed value, though the actual rate may vary slightly by area. The Agency’s tax revenue is used exclusively for public benefit and long-term water security.The San Bernardino Valley service area spans roughly 353 square miles in southwestern San Bernardino County. With a population of over 700,000, the region depends on smart, long-term water management to sustain growth and quality of life.
